Description
The slicer knife is stainless steel and 12 1/2" in diameter. The knife has 3 mounting holes (screws not available from national band saw). The knife fits berkel slicers 2340, 2350, 3340, 3350. Be sure to keep your sharpening stones in good condition as well. For the models 2340 and 2350 add the BST-1 stone set and for the 3340 and 3350 models add the BST-6 stones. Good maintenance habits would include using the USX100 stone cleaning brush to keep the stones clean and fee of debris. Don't forget your safety glove B328 to protect yourself while cleaning and changing the knife as well as your bottle of mineral oil, L04, to keep everything lubricated properly.
