Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Orders placed on the website cannot be changed. You must contact us to cancel the order, if it hasn’t already been processed, and then you can place another order. Any payment that has already been processed will then be refunded in the standard 3-5 business days.

How do I reorder items from previous orders I've placed?

You can see what you've ordered in the past by going to Orders on your account page. Then click on an order number and if you see any items you want to reorder, put a check in the box on the left of it and then click on Reorder on the Right under Actions.

How do I check my invoice?

Log into your account and select Invoices on your Account Menu and from there select or search for the invoice you're looking for.

Why isn’t my credit card working?

Make sure that the billing information matches exactly with the information your credit card provider has. Any slight deviation will cause the card to not be accepted. Other than that, any issues with our credit card will have to be brought up with your credit card provider.

What are the qualifications for in-store Pickup?

There will be a $5 handling fee for all pickup orders. Any orders outside of 100 miles from 93534 will automatically be canceled. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from our customer support team. For any other additional questions feel free to give us a call or send us a chat.
