Description
fajita and or stir fry cutting blade for the berkel tenderizer units. Most shaft assemblies for berkel models 703, 704 and 705 can be modified to have these blade cutters installed to convert the tenderizer unit into the fajita / stir fry cutting unit. The changing of these models from tenderizers to fajita / stir fry units also requires changing out the blade stirppers as well, see part BT104.
