Description
Replacement #52 grinder plate, fits most size #52 grinders. Reversible, with 2 flat edges (Cleveland Style). The plate has 3/4" holes and 2 edges that are cut flat, if laying on a table the sides are cut flat. The 3/4" (19.05 mm) allows free flow of meat to push through resulting in a more visually appealing product. Works great for 1st Grind Chili.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET
Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
