Grinder Plate #12 - 3/8 Hole w/ 1 Flat Edge

Replacement #12 grinder plate, reversible, with 1 flat edge. Fits most size #12 grinders. The plate has 3/8" (9.5 mm) holes, allowing free flow of meat to push through resulting in a more visually appealing product. The 3/8" size hole is typically used for first grind chili.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET

Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
