Description
Replacement #12 grinder plate, fits most size #12 grinders. The plate has 1/4" (6.3 mm) holes, 1/4" size works particularly well for regular chili.
***NOT FOR BUTCHER BOY GRINDERS*** Please see 1 flat or a 2 flat plate. The 2 flat will work to replace a 1 flat but the 1 flat will not work to replace a 2 flat edge plate. Please be sure to look at your existing plate to be sure you are geting the correct style.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET
Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
