all purpose citrus cleaner and or degreaser. The citrus cleaner is made from the natural oils in the orange and cuts through grease and dirt nicely. The citrus cleaner is great for removing finger printes and grease from stainless steel doors of the saws, slicer knives, tenderizers and any other food service machine. The cleaner is also great for cleaning and removing natural oils and greases from food items off of counters made from any material.
the citrus cleaner can be diluted down to a 30:1 water ratio. The current mix is a 10:1 solution great for cleaning and degreasing.
