* Clean properly daily to remove any remaining food and product.

* Dry the saw and wheel/pulley thoroughly.

* Apply a small amount of food grade mineral oil to wheel/pulley via spray bottle, NBS Part# L16SH (16 oz oil bottle with spray head).
